An NIH R01 funded postdoctoral position is currently available in the Lyon Lab (www.chem.purdue.edu/lyon/) in the Departments of Chemistry and Biological Sciences at Purdue University. We study G protein-regulated phospholipases in the cardiovascular system using a broad array of structural, functional, and cellular approaches, with emphasis on X-ray crystallography and cryo-electron microscopy. Candidates should have experience in molecular biology, protein biochemistry, cellbased assays, and/or structural biology.
