The profiling of xenobiotic metabolites that can cause harm to the body and affect wellbeing is a growing area of concern, in which maintaining high quality and confidence is key to the structure elucidation of unknown metabolites. In this webinar, the benefits of trapped ion mobility enhanced data for xenobiotic profiling & drug discovery will be discussed – at the hands of a metabolic profiling study of several drugs in human liver microsome. We will show how enhanced 4D data analysis in combination with built in biotransformation tools and time-series profiling makes the interpretation of data easier and faster while enhancing confidence by using trapped ion mobility derived Collisional Cross Section.
