The Molecular Biology Core of the GI Center is planning to add single cell RNAseq support to help defray the costs for this emerging technology. To move this forward, we have scheduled a 3 hr workshop to discuss this technology and the possible core structure. This workshop will include five short research talks to highlight the various scRNAseq platforms available and a one-hour discussion about core structure and services.
