As the field of metagenomics has matured, analysis pipelines have become increasingly complex necessitating the use of workflow management software. In this presentation, Will will discuss how he uses the program Snakemake to manage and parallelize a new, and highly reproducible, metagenomic pipeline for analyzing viral populations in the gut.
