Epidemiology of Developmental Origins of Health and Disease

This course will survey both classic and emerging literature describing the DOHaD paradigm from an epidemiological perspective. Discussions will emphasize methodological issues on DOHaD research, including study design, biases, data analyses, and scientific writing. The course will have a structured discussion and journal club format. In addition, each student will write a critical review paper on a DOHaD topic (or an original research paper if data are available).
