Systems Modeling of Behavior, Social Processes and Chronic Disease

This advanced course provides in-depth coverage of applications of mathematical modeling to behavior, social processes, and chronic disease. We will review applications of agent-based and network modeling in social and behavioral science, and natural history models of chronic diseases. Students will learn to develop models in R, NetLogo, and NetworkX.
