Some notes about VEG:

• VEG meetings will encompass discussion around all things viral (with a slant towards using omics to advance viral ecology).
• Presentations can be centered around an experimental technique or paper of interest to those studying viruses.
• The moderator will facilitate discussion to enable the attendees to share their expertise and questions surrounding the topic.
• Currently, presentations are roughly monthly. If there is more interest, then we will increase the frequency in the spring.
