Postdoctoral position is available to investigate the molecular mechanisms of HIV-1 dissemination via virological synapses, viral persistence and cure using advanced humanized mouse models of infection.
The appointment will be at the Mount Sinai School of Medicine, in the Department of Medicine, Division of Infectious Diseases and in the Immunology Institute. Those with background and expertise(s) in virology, humanized xenograft models, genomics, intravital imaging, and/or cellular immunology are particularly encouraged to apply.
