POSTDOCTORAL POSITION - inflammatory bowel disease research - Boone Lab, Indiana University School of Medicine – South Bend

Postdoctoral

Our laboratory focuses on inflammatory bowel disease pathogenesis, microbial impacts on intestinal inflammation, innate immunity and mucosal immunology. The position will focus on innate immune mechanisms that contribute to IBD using mouse models of disease. The lab is located in South Bend Indiana at the Indiana University School of Medicine located on Notre Dame campus with access to core facilities at Notre Dame and the resources of the
Indiana CTSI.

Education and experience: Candidates must have a PhD or equivalent degree with a record of publications and presentations related to immunology, mucosal immunity, host microbial interaction, and/or mouse models of inflammation. Experience in cellular and molecular immunology, sampling and examination of intestinal and other tissues using immunological and molecular biological approaches is desired.
