The BioArtography Program will soon be giving out 4 travel awards of $300 each. The travel award is intended to provide funding for Ph.D. graduate students and postdoctoral fellows to participate at scientific meetings and conferences. A random drawing will take place and four awards will be chosen (2 Ph.D. graduate students and 2 postdoctoral fellows). All U-M Ph.D. graduate students & postdocs in a biomedical/bioscience field are eligible (e.g. Medical School basic science/clinical science, LSA, Dental School, Engineering, etc.).

Who is RAPID for?
In an effort to support innovative and collaborative work within the University of Michigan Medical School (UMMS), the Michigan Postdoctoral Pioneer Program has been established by the Endowment for Basic Sciences (EBS) to provide financial and mentoring support to highly motivated and accomplished post-doctoral fellows. Pioneer fellows will be actively co-mentored by the participating investigators and will be expected to share their time between the participating laboratory settings. Awardees will be appointed for three consecutive years.
